VisualCron service goes down intermittently. All jobs that are started at startup continues to run however scheduled jobs are missed. Is this a known bug?

We are running 8.2.9 build 22298. (We know we are due for an update, but been busy, Just need time)

Thanks, what we need is *.dmp file from a later version. But it is likely that whatever problem you are experiencing is fixed in later version.

A side note, please update with your official email so we can see the support level.

So, we have upgraded VisualCron on this server. We still had the service go down. Following is the error.

How are you connecting? From the Server itself or your desktop? Please try both and let us know. Also, let us know what kind of virtual environment it is? HyperV? VMWare or a physical machine through RDP?

We are connecting from the server itself. We havent tried the Desktop route since the client and all other VC servers are older versions.
