What data is being collected?

Company details: Name, address, category, vat id, zip code and country.
User details: Name, email, phone number, role.
Licenses: activation code and name of computer activated on.

Where is the data stored?

Our servers are located in Amsterdam, Netherlands (EU).

 

Will the data be shared with any third parties?

Resellers and partners that have previously been purchasing for and end user will be able to see the license details to help the renewal process.

How will the information be used?

Company details: To identify the company and to create invoices.
User details: To identify users, both for NetCart AB and the Contacts within the end user.
Licenses: For interacting with support and help with renewal process.

How long will the data be stored for?

We do not have any specific cleanup process for the reason that a customer may come back after some years and want to access their old licenses.
