Why are we getting this message on all of our machines? I've already purchased the maintenance renewal (a few weeks ago). I have to do License->Refresh license data to get the message to go away, but what about machines that we don't touch regularly?

We had a small network issue happen just now which most likely caused it. It should be ok now and no need to worry about that message.

That could be some bug regarding what your setting is to what you're watching/setting on what to get notification on. Did it send you 4 email notifications now again?

Hello Henrik & all,

Trust you all are well and keeping safe.

We seem to have a delay at our office or perhaps at your end resulting in VisualCron Maintenance expired yesterday (Yes, it is TRUE)) - Not sure if during this CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) OUTBREAK - there are any plans to relax these deadlines for few weeks and help our business RECOVER ... ??

Seems all our Enterprise Jobs Schedules are uncontactable - not sure if they are running / failed or .... HELP US !

Please confirm Priority Support Telephone Number or ticketing portal (ServiceNow/ZenDesk etc.) - we only see statement "Our Support Team will provide you with a qualified support during Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 22:00 GMT+1 as soon as possible or latest within 1 business day. We are also available some weekends." - Our Executive team have requested clarification based on we need to make alternative arrangements if required.

Hi Kumar,

it seems like you double posted and used email, chat and forum channel. I want to clarify that your problems cannot be resolved by phone an we do not use incoming phone support. Reason is simple and it is because we normally need screenshots, attachments etc. Please use our online chat our our contact page for email.
