I can list & download s3 files via AWS CLI with using Access Key ID & Secret Access key
However, In visualcron job, it showed "An error occured while retrieving list: HTTP request failed with code 403, message is Forbidden AccessDenied when I tried to browse S3 Bucket in the windows of Visualcron Download files'.

Please advise .

You can try altering "Use version 4 signatures" in the Connection. Also you can test to explicity set the region.
