When Running a job the Result column will show Running and the Status column will show Running - 0%.
If I stop the job and then run it again, the status will show Running with an incremental percentage that goes to 99%.
Why does the job show 0% the first time running it?

The %-column is depending on the last execution time. So, for example if last execution time was 1 hour you will see it in 0% for a long time. First time it goes up from 0 to 99 in one minute because it has no idea how long time it will run. Next run is based on last run.
