We have installed VisualCron 8.2.7. While a particular task ( either a sql,powershell or command ) is running, our Visual Cron application is getting disconnected. Again we are forced to restart the VisualCron application from services.msc. We are facing this issue very frequently ( twice a day ). Can we know the reason behind this or a permanent solution to avoid the service disconnection ?

Definitely you should upgrade first. This sounds like an issue that has been fixed in later version. The problem is that we cannot debug on that older version. Please note that your version is about 2 years old now.
