Morning,

Not had a problem loading any custom assemblies I have built, I in fact have a couple already running on the server.

However I have a particular assembly thats 100 odd lines of code that won't appear to load into VC.

The error message is extremely vague

How can I find out more about what is causing this to fail to load? I have extended logging on yet cannot find anything in the logs.

Can you zip and send the assembly to support@visualcron.com?

Hi,

thanks for the file. We could not reproduce that - please test with latest beta. On the other hand I am not sure which method you want to execute? I saw one method which had some very special parameters that we do not support at the moment - for example data table.

Hi Henrik,

Thanks I'll give it a go - the method was the 'ExportCSV' method.

It takes an XLS or XLSX and then exports each 'worksheet' in the XLS to a Target Path (Naming each CSV the title of the Worksheet). The boolean value then just sets whether to include the headers or not.

It's just easier than using an SSIS package and less intensive to manage.

Will test with the latest beta.

James

Hi Henrik,

Interesting - the error doesn't occur on 8.4.1.

Consider this fixed for me then :)

Yes, thanks, this has been explicitly fixed in 8.4.1. Thanks for confirming.
