Is it possible to download mails from exchange webmail? We want to do this because a customer are placeing mails on his webmail server that contains an attechment. We har not allow to send this mails over internet unencrypted due to security and want to automaticly download those through visual cron.

No, VisualCron needs access to one of the Exchange APIs;

1. IMAP
2. POP3
3. EWS
4. WebDAV

You will need the appropriate permissions to access the mailbox and download the emails, as well as following your company's compliance and security guidelines.
