I have been recently testing in 8.3.6 the external DB feature for logs. So far its been working will with MariaDB. I wanted to ask that when this feature is promoted to stable if there would be a migration utility available to convert the existing local db records over or maybe a utility to manually view the internal db after cutover. We have a requirement to keep 180 days of our logs and often have to do research on old job runs. I realize the internal db will still have that history but it seems there could be complexities in reviewing old job or task data from the internal db while still logging current stuff to the new external db.
