We discover every 2-3 days a problem with connection to the server.

Suddenly the tray client can not connect to the server and the port 16444 is no more responsive. No tasks are executed until the server is restarted.

The API Log shows:

22.08.2009 03:03:04 IPC send failed, ex: Port is Busy: Alle Pipeinstanzen sind ausgelastet.

22.08.2009 03:03:32 IPC send failed, ex: Port is Busy: Alle Pipeinstanzen sind ausgelastet.

22.08.2009 03:05:00 IPC send failed, ex: Failed to read from an IPC Port: Die Pipe wurde beendet.

22.08.2009 03:05:00 IPC send failed, ex: Failed to read from an IPC Port: Die Pipe wurde beendet.

22.08.2009 03:05:01 IPC send failed, ex: Failed to connect to an IPC Port: Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden.

We usually restart the whole server and after that everything is running Ok until 2-3 days later this shows up again.

Searching the forum we found that this issue was supposed to be solved from version 4.9.52 on.
[BUGFIX]API:Handeled Problem: "Port busy. All pipes are busy."

We are running on 5.3.1

Any hints why this still shows up for our installation?

Thanks for the help

It seems like the Server was closed - in a non-proper way. It would be interesting to look at server logs from the day it stopped working. Please send those to support@visualcron.com
