Hi

I can get a "Remote file" trigger to download the triggering file when I put an explicit path in "Remote file"/"Download"/"Destinationfolder" (I have tried with a UNC path and with a drive letter from "Network drives"). But if I put a user variable with a path it doesn't download anything. Strangely the log_server[yyyymmdd].txt reports the correct path in all runs both when it works and when it doesn't. No errors are shown in the log:

Info RemoteFileTrigger->DownloadFile: /test/test.tmp to t:\test

All paths in all our jobs are "wrapped" in user variables and depends on group name/job name/task name, so I am not very happy to put any explicit paths.
