Hi Visual Cron Team,

I had Visual Cron version 8.2.9 installed on my File Server.
Want to upgrade it to latest version 8.3.3.
I have already took back of all settings through Export option.

Could you please confirm the steps for same to avoid any impact due to business jobs ?

Also will I need to do the uninstall first of old version or require activation key for upgrade as well (earlier i did it in offline mode) ?

Appreciate for a quick response.

Regards

Same activation code will remain. Just ensure that the Maintenance covers the 8.3.3 version. You can see that on the My licenses page.

As for the upgrade we recommend doing an export of settings to a safe location first. Then you can just run the new installer and upgrade over existing one.

Yes, it currently means 8.3.3 or greater (as long as Maintenance expiry date is after this date.
