Hello! I have a very simple task that pulls file from a web address. We use proxy and I specify proxy in the task itself. The error is "Error getting HTTP response: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send." According to security people there is no traffic towards proxy, so the error happens even before proxy. When I am using IE to download the same file it is working. I am a little confused between my user logging to the server and downloading file via IE and the user that actually running jobs and receiving an error. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks Angela.

It looks ok. Have you tried with hardcoding download path instead?

Maybe you can upgrade VisualCron - your version seem very old. Upgrading would help debugging.

Thank you.

Have you tried with hardcoding download path instead? - I am not sure I understand the path is hardcoded.

Further testing revealed new error. We completely removed proxy settings on the server just to see if the issue is further down.
The new error tells us that it requires TLS Settings. TLS Settings are set on the browser, but is there any way to specify it is for a task?

Upgrading is problematic since we have Visul Cron for production environment only and upgrade would require it to be on a test server so it can be thorough tested.
Thanks!

We were able to resolve the issue. I upgraded the application in test and the new version has a setting for HTTP to check TLS Settings which we did and it worked.
So the question is these settings possible in Version 7 that we have in production?
Thanks
