😕
Hi

We have an error on an email trigger.
Connection: SSL, IMAP4
Trigger 'Receive Sender Name from sender.name@xtreet.com' was inactivated in Job 'Job Name' by error 'ReceiveMail->Error in Mail Trigger (3), ex: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The handle specified is invalid

This is strange as we do not get this error with other similar triggers. Only difference seems to the be email is sent on behalf of.

Thanks

Do you still get the error if you turn of "Extended debug logging" in Server settings?

Hi,

We only have server events option checked under Log to File.

Thanks.

This is in Production so we will need to wait for another email event to trigger the job.
Thanks,

This occurred again today. There is nothing different about this trigger compared to other email triggers we are using.
