VC version 5.7.3

Hi,

I have an email trigger that copies and attachment from an email once it arrives. Because of the sub folders VC creates as part of the email trigger i need to then move the attachment back up the folder tree. I've tried to do this creating a task , however i can't get the task to run, I've checked and the task is active, is there something i'm missing? Shouldn't the task automatically run as part of the job? Do i need to add a condition?
