Hello,

I have access to multiple email mailboxes within outlook and I would like to be able to set up an email event trigger to watch folders in these other mailboxes using my authentication credentials. Is this possible?

When I set up the connection now using my credentials, I am only able to view the folders within my primary account. I don't see any options within "Add/Edit Connections" that allow me to point the event trigger to mailboxes other than the primary account.

Thank you for any feedback into this issue, I really appreciate it.

Are you talking about Public or Shared folders? Which version of VC are you using?

Client and Server Version 8.2.6

The folders I need to access from Email Event Trigger are within a shared mailbox that my primary account has been given rights to access. When I select "Use specified folder", I only see the folders that belong to my primary account --- I don't see an option to be able to view the folders from other shared mailboxes that I have access to.

If you cannot see it in the tree view something is wrong and it may be easy to get the path wrong as well. Have you set an alias in the Connection settings?

I don't have an alias set-up. I have left it blank as I could not find anything in the documentation that describes what an alias is used for.

In the documentation: https://www.visualcron.c...nnection-visualcron.html  ,
I could not find the topic for setting up an "Exchange EWS" protocol connection... what should be listed in that field?

Thank you for your help Henrik.

Got it to work. Had to add the email address of the mailbox that I had to access to in the "Alias" field.

May I suggest updating the documentation to outline the "Exchange EWS" protocol when adding that as a connection. If it is listed, my apologies, as I could not locate it anywhere in the documentation.

Thank you for you assistance in any case.
