We are moving to a new server and I'm trying to run a Word Macro that worked fine on our older server. Visual Cron is finding the Macro and looks like its processing it, however it never writes the file and just sits there in running status until I cancel it.
I can run the Macro outside of VC and it works fine.

Can you see that it executes any part of the macro?

Henrik,
I sent you an email with the stdout...it looks like it's finding the macro. I'm not sure if it's executing it or not.

The execution looks ok. And it completes within 40 seconds. Can you explain what you mean it does not finish? That the word.exe process stays in memory?

The status in Visual Cron says 'Running - 99%' forever, until I finally kill it. So yes, it seems like word is hung up and it doesn't produce any output files. I actually have to kill word too.
But this only happens in VC. When I run it outside of VC it finishes and produces the correct output.

Probably it is related to Credentials - the user the macro run as. Make sure you are using same user and option "Load profile" checked.

Yes. the credential I am using is the same user with the load profile. So that's not the issue.
