I am receiving the following error message when trying to encrypt a file. The key was imported successfully and the task is set up the same as other encrypt steps that are working. The key is selected on the recipients tab
Exception in Task: SBPGPExceptions.EElPGPEncryptionStreamException: No suitable OpenPGP public key for encryption found

It sounds like you only imported the private key. If you have any sample keys and settings please send to support@visualcron.com.

After adding the key yesterday I was able to see it in the key ring and select it on the recipient tab. That is when I was getting this error. When trying again today the key was missing from the ring all together. I tried to import it again and was unable to do so. A different user then renamed the key, imported it, and selected it on the recipient tab and now the step succeeded.

Ok, I am not exactly sure about what happened but I am glad it works now!
