Hello forum users,

We receive mails in a public folder (Invoice) on our mircosoft exchange server.
I would like to save the attachement from this email in to a network folder.

When i want to make a trigger based on email i normally use the imap4 method but when i fill in the authentications i can only use user specified folders and not the public folders which can be used by more users.

Is there an option tobuild a trigger which checks a public folder on Microsoft Exchange server?

Thanks for you adives/help in forward,

Yes you can specify the folder on an email trigger under main settings->Use specified folder

but normally it starts with INBOX/ and then the personal folders what do i have to use instead of INBOX/***
I expect something like PUBLIC/*** but did not know this.

OK then those don't sit underneath your Inbox, there is likely a different login for those
