I'm trying to find a way to view the execution status of every job that ran in the previous week. Is there a way to query some database of all of the jobs execution history so that I can generate the report? Or is there a way to generate that report from within Visual Cron?

This might be a better question on the API forum but I'm not sure what the preferred way to access job history would be.

Right now you can only do this per Job (unless you use the API and build your own tool for this).
