Hi,

I use the latest Visualcron Version 8_20 (Download today).

I have to download files from a FTP-Server (TLS).
My created job didn't downloaded these files.
When i use the connection explorer with these connection, i can see folders and files,
so the connection seems to be alright.
I use the option "Include sub folder" and file mask *.*.
When i use the option "Shop filtered files" no files are in the list.

Greetings Frank

I'm having this exact same issue. I'm using FTP TLS Explicit to make the connection and i'm trying to upload an entire directory including all subfolders. The job keeps failing so I started troubleshooting where the failure was happening and I've found it is happening with the "File filter" option when it is trying to pull the files and subfolders from the directory that needs to be uploaded. I have the option "Include sub folder" checked and it does not pull any files when i click on "Test" and then "Show filtered files" ... If I uncheck the option to include sub folders it pulls in all the files in the root folder just fine but of course I need the subfolders.

I have attached screenshots of both scenarios: 1) having "Include sub folders" checked with the results and 2)having "Include sub folders" unchecked with the results

I'm using version 7.6.5 -- any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Thanks!
Chris

Henrik,

Can you take a look at my post when you get a minute? I posted last week but I haven't heard anything back yet.

Thanks!

Hi Chris,

we recommend that you start your own thread. Original thread was about Download and you seem to want to Upload. Also, you are using a version old version compared to thread posted. I suggest, if you can, first upgrade to the latest version, this helps debugging a lot.

Henrik,

I just created my own thread with the same details. I have upgraded to 8.2.4 and still seeing the same issue. It seems to be a timeout within Visual Cron that is causing my issue but there aren't any options to control the timeout parameter under file filter.

Here is my new thread: http://www.visualcron.co...ts&m=28020#post28020
