Add a target vCron server to the Internal Job/Task control as well as an option to serialize execution.

This would provide for a vCron master server performing centrailized execution of jobs/task configured on remote servers; the task on the vCron master would "wait" until the remote vCron job/task completes if the "serialize execution" option is checked.

This has been implemented from version 5.7.5.
