I am still getting the error after purchasing the maintenaince pack (also clicked update status)

Please continue discussion with Sales as we need your activation code to check this. Normally, this happens for one of the below reasons:

1. you have not associated the Maintenance pack with your license
2. you have not associated your Maintenance pack with your current server
