Dear Support,

Several Times we have had the problem that, when a remote server, where we have set up a File Event Trigger, the trigger is deactivated after reboot of the remote Sever.

Environment : Win Server 2012
VC 7.6.6
Remote Win Server 2012

The settings for the File Monitoring

Watch type : Create
Notify Users : File Name
Trigger when file has been Released
On Error Reconnect : 500
On error interval : 60
Dublicate File Delay ;300

I would expect that a file trigger is not deactivated when the limits were not reached.

It looks like your settings are ok. Please send us the log_serverDATE.txt to support@visualcron.com along with:

1. time of expiration
2. job name
3 trigger name

Thanks for the file. This error should have been fixed in latest. Also, are you using "Use polling" unchecked - we recommend that you have that unchecked.
