Hi,

I try to configure monthly restart for my Windows Servers (2003, 2008R2 or 2012)

I try to configure a single user to be able to restart the server without being put in Administrators.
I updated GPO to add the local rights "Force Shutdown" and "Shutdown" to my specific user but it still fails with this error : Exception in Task: Error occured:Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

Do you have any clue on how to solve this please ?

Visual Cron 7.1.1

Thanks.

Quick question - does it work better if you run the VisualCron as another user than SYSTEM account?

I will pass this on to our developers to see if we can reproduce this.
