We are retiring our Windows 2003 server running VisualCron version 7.1.2. I am trying to move the jobs to a Windows 2012 server running VisualCron 7.6. I exported the VC settings and jobs from 2003 server to a zipped file and then tried to import that into 2012 server and it failed with the following error message:
Error occurred when importing settings, err: There is an error in XML document (1, 55510)
I tried exporting only the jobs and unchecked all other settings but got the same error. Does anyone know how to fix this?
