Dear Support,
We have tried to create a task to download files from SharePoint using VisualCron.

We created a connection with these parameters:

Address: https://domainname.collaborationhost.net
Sharepoint version: Sharepoint 2010
Authentication type: Form
Username: myUsername (without domain or @domainname.collaborationhost.net)

When we try to explore the content using the button near the "Source Folder" text, we get the following message:
The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.

We tried also to change some parameters as the Authentication type, we added also the domain name to the username, but we did not succeed.

Thank you in advance for your feedback

Compare with the IIS settings - which authentication types are allowed there for the Sharepoint web project.

Hi,
fortunately we do not have access to the IIS configuration since the service is outsourced. We tried already all the alternatives available in VisualCron for the Authentication type, unfortunately with no success.
