I have a job that activates when an email is sent with GL_Refresh in the subject line. Trigger works fine. However it would appear that some users are constantly running it for no apparent reason and causing problems in other systems. What can I add to the notification to tell me who sent the email that fired the trigger?

If you use the Variable tree you can find VisualCron Variables->Active Job->Triggers->Last Trigger->Mail->Result. A lot of Variables exist there. One of them is:

{TRIGGER(Active|LastTrigger|Mail.Result.Mail.FromAddress)}

That contains the address it was sent from.
