We have a client who uses spaces in the filenames of files we need to download via FTP (ughhh). We have tried to get them to change it but they won't. For example a file may be at the location :
/outbound/FileAcklg04-2014-04-22 162831.csv
Visualcron attempts to download the file 162831.csv and fails (see error at bottom of post).
When I use Visual Cron's Explorer to login, it shows the directory structure, and it seems to show the files correctly. For instance:
-rw-rw-rw- 1 generic 725 Apr 22 16:34 OrderAcklg04-2014-04-22 162831.csv
So, I am surmising that the space is causing the file to not be downloaded.
Any ideas on how to get this to work?
Thanks
