Hi,

We would appreciate if the following changes to Visual Cron could be considered in the Email event trigger

1) Ability to filter by Subject Starts With (currently allows Contains, Equal, Not Equal, Doesn't Contain).

2) Ability to filter by whether an attachment is included (possibly also to include attachment type)

Item 1 is of most importance to us as we receive some emails with the word 'Pre-Advice' in the subject and others with the words 'Final Pre-Advice' and we want to only process the ones with 'Pre-Advice', not the word 'Final'
