I have an email trigger saving file(s) to a folder. The files are saved in separate folders to avoid duplicate files. How can I create a copy job to use the folder path used by the trigger? I tried using variables, but am struggling to find the correct one.

You can create a second Job. In that second Job you create a File trigger which monitors the email folder (and subfolders). Once a new file has been created you can decide what you want to do with the file. If you want to copy it to a single location you can use the Copy files Task.
