Hi,

we installed VisualCron Server 5.7.8 on a Windows Server 2008 and are experiencing VC crash after a few hours of runtime. Sometimes the service can be restarted, other times the windows server needs a restart.

We hoped to find a hint in the logfile so we had a look into it (log_serverDATE.txt) and are wondering about the last 1264 lines which are all the same - the only difference is the time:

FIRST:
10.12.2013 21:11:09 Debug Ending timeout timer (6762)
LAST:
10.12.2013 21:24:51 Debug Ending timeout timer (6762)

Normaly during these 13-14 minutes there are about 20-30 runs of jobs which result in normal entries in the logfile.

Are these logentries any help finding out the cause of the crash?

Thanks

First, sorry for the late reply. I recommend upgrading to the latest as these kind of errors are hard to debug in that older version.
