How do I set permissions so that a user can enable/disable tasks but not edit them or delete them?

To clarify what I would like to see is more granular options on the user permissions to be able to give a user the ability to enable/disable and start/stop tasks without giving the ability to edit or delete tasks. This is not currently available.

Has this ever been looked at to be added in a future update? I have several people that need to be able to stop and start jobs but I don't want them accidently editing them.

Followup 2: Any update on this? I have seen other improvements to the user permissions but not this one.

Currently those actions fall under Edit Task permission. I am moving this topic to the Feature request forum.
