Hello,

Last night the visualcron service stopped unexpectedly. I restarted the service manually. The logged error messages:

In the System logs, I see at 11:01:32PM that "The VisualCron service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).". The service was then started again at 8:17:29AM.

Using the 11:01PM timeframe I was able to find the following in the application log:
Faulting application name:
VisualCronService.exe,version: 6.1.8.16372, time stamp: 0x50f40e44
Faulting module name: 7z64.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x4c7667f6
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x000000000002c760
Faulting process id: 0x72c
Faulting application start time: 0x01ce7de0ab2ec17c
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files(x86)\VisualCron\VisualCronService.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\VisualCron\7z64.dll
Report Id: 22adff9e-eea6-11e2-a08f-005056ac0001

Since this has only happened once, I don't know if it will be an on-going
issue but hopefully it will help you in diagnosing it.

Regards,
Daryl

It seems to be related to the Compress/Decompress Task.

1. Does something happen if you re-run that Task again?
2. please post screenshots of your settings or send to support@visualcron.com
3. could you also attach the log_serverDATE.txt (or send it to support@visualcron.com).
