I want to know if VisualCron can do the following

1. Poll a given Email Address
2. Allow me to move the email to a windows folder, which I can have another applicaiton ready to process
3. Move the email from the Inbox to another email folder i.e. Completed

Is this possible?

Yes, the Email Trigger can do this in combination with a local File trigger (to handle the downloaded Emails).
