I looked and didn't see anything obvious so I thought i'd ask and possibly request if its not available.

I would like an option to set an Announcement on the server that would immediately send a message to anyone currently logged into a client or right when they first log into a client.

Typical usage would be that I could set an announcement to go to everyone starting 2 days before maintenance is going to occur (upgrade maybe, maintenance of some sort, or just a reminder not to make any changes without going through our Change Control process).

Ideally a static 'Announcement' could be configured in the Server settings that would pop up upon login or immediately after saving the Announcement to all logged-in users.

Thoughts? For my purposes, I want to remind everyone to follow change control procedures (don't add/delete/modify any jobs/tasks without approval) every time the log in.
