Hi,

I have looked for keywords in the forum but could not find anything like that :(

After the upgrade from 6.0.9 to 6.1.8, we have random visualcron service crashes on different servers, different time, different jobs, but not systematic. Almost all our jobs are used with a credential (loging local+loading profile).
It is very serious for our production because the service is down afterwards.

Application: VisualCronService.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.AccessViolationException
Stack:

Would you need some more information ?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,

seems like a permissions error. Not sure if it is on .NET level (new version 4) or the user that runs VisualCron. Try to run the service as another user to see if you still get the issue.
