Version: 4.9.40
Windows Server 2003

Visual Cron service appears to be running however the client running in the system tray constantly has a red x on the icon.

Server > service > it says connected. However, Server > Status says not running. Start and Stop are not available to click on.

When I load the client, it does not have any servers listed.

How do I fix this so I can edit jobs?

Thanks

No servers listed? What if you add one? Also, if local Server Connection does not work please try using the remote by specifying IP instead.

If I restart the servers are there and everything works. Then after a period of time it stops displaying and the client remains disconnected.

Never heard of this issue before. I really recommend upgrading in this case. Start with one Server or install a new trial on a new server and import settings there so you can test it.
