I can live with this, but it's really annoying. Anytime my client is disconnected from a remote server due to any kind of failure (in today's instance, I restarted the VisualCron service on the remote computer), re-connect NEVER works. I always get a message that the connection failed (Connection refused. (10061)), no matter how many tries I attempt. I can even click No to re-connect, then attempt manually and same thing happens, failure.

The only way to get re-connected is to close and re-open my client, then it connects just fine. I can consistently reproduce this failure.

Strange. Could not reproduce this. Connection refused sounds like there is another application stopping it. What kind of failure do you get on the remote side?

Failure? Not sure what you mean. I can re-produce this, by connnecting to the remote server from a my local client, restarting the service on the remote server, and the failure occurs - every time.

Are you testing with AD credentials (we are)?

When restarting the service - do you have any Jobs running at that time?
