Because of the topic linked below, I think it would be good to maybe add a task specifically for encoding a file in Unicode or any of the other character sets.

So, what i'd like to be able to do is almost exactly like the "copy files" task, but as part of this it would be nice to select the destination file's encoding.

Not sure if I'd call it "Encode Files" or "Re-Encode Files", however that'd be phrased but obviously some folks have the need for this.

In this case, the user needed something to take a file of some encoding and convert it to UTF-16 (Unicode)

As noted in the original forum post, this software can do it:
