Is it possible to have all jobs inactivated when importing?

Scenario:
I am setting up a staging/test environment that will be identical to my production environment. I would like to be able to export the VC settings from prod and import them into staging. However I don't want the jobs to run, until I am able to go through and update them for their new environment settings. (For instance, different credentials, disable some of the tasks that we don't want running, etc).

Is there an easy way to do this? The only thing I can think of would be to update the jobs.xml manually.

Hi David,

What you can do is using the Export Settings in the File ribbon.
But before doing this disable your jobs.

Now your export will have disabled jobs.
After your export, enable your jobs again.
