We have a client who is running 6.5 PGP on his automated system. He is having problems decrypting the file we send him using the 6.5 Version of PGP. He has an upgraded version of PGP for his desktop which can successfully decrypt the file. This points to a compatibility issue between VisualCron's PGP encryption and his 6.5 PGP version. Is there any way you can think of that would allow us to encrypt a file that can be opened by his 6.5 system.
His budget does not allow him to purchase an upgrade at the moment, so that is off the table.
