Hello again,

I'm having such frustrating trouble lately with the most basic things, I'm really hoping someone can help.

At this time all I am trying to do is to write a .NET code execute task.

Here are my steps.
I create the step and click the .NET code execute tab.
I enter a name. "Merge Documents"
I click .NET code execute tab and Click "Edit References"
Add System.Xml.Linq
Click Compile and get an error "Metadata file 'System.Xml.Linq.dll' could not be found.
And there is no 'Browse' for .dll option to find either a different version of the .dll or find non Gac installed .dlls.

Can someone please help? Is there a place I'm supposed to setup to have VC additionally look for .dlls or something?

Thanks,
Gary

Thank you Gary for the report.

The problem was a conflict between .NET 3.5 and 4.0 libraries. We will publish a new version tomorrow which handles this.
