When I tried to install up update, I got the following error:

Error 1001. The installation failed, and the rollback has been performed --> An exception occurred in the OnAfterInstall event handler of System.ServiceProcess.ServiceInstaller. --> The event log file is full.

event log file is full - hmm..wonder if it is relating to the event log of the computer. Could you please empty the current event logs before installing again.

Also, please try to uninstall first, then install new.

Should I empty the even log of the computer that runs the client software or the server's event log?

I followed the steps and tried to run VisualCron. Now I get the following error:

Error 1001. The installation failed, and the rollback has been performed. --> The specified service already exists.

Try the following.

1. Install until you get that error. Do not click on the OK button.
2. Download http://neteject.com/download/installutil.exe
3. Save to your install folder
4. open a command prompt go to that install folder
5. write installutil -u VisualCronService.exe
6. Now, click ok and then try to install again

I was able to uninstall, but when I install I get the following error:

Error writing to file C:\Program Files\VisualCron\VisualCron - homepage.url. Verify that you have access to that directory. I have access to that directory, but the link does not load the web page.
