Hi, I haven't been able to find any posts regarding this so maybe it's just me. But I find that quite often the Result, Result Image, and Status columns don't refresh after a job has completed. Right now I am running 1 job only and 3 still show the "running" icon in Result Image and say "running" in the Result column even though they finished yesterday. They just don't seem to refresh consistently. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? Thanks for your help.

When you have in the state "Running" and you click on "Running Jobs" - do you see anything there then?

Yes, I see the job that is actively running and it shows the task that is being run at the time.

1. do you run your Job very often?
2. what kind of Task(s) does it contain?

The job runs daily, it runs for about 2 1/2 hours daily. I'm not sure I understand what you mean "kind of task", but they are all calling on an exe. So I'm assuming the answer is "executable".

Let me know.

Please send the file log_serverDATE.txt from the log folder of VisualCron installation. Tell us the Job name and when it is scheduled for running. Please send it to support@visualcron.com
