It would be nice if I could easily customize the columns available on the main client window. For example, removing the date created/created by would be useful. It could also make room for other columns that show task/trigger information. Most products that implement customize columns allow this via a right click on the header to select/deselect columns.

You can already do this. In the ribbon there is a columns button so you can change the displayed columns.
