I'm trying to replicate an old FTP job in Visualcron.

The old connection (via CORE FTP) has the following settings selected:
Port 22
Timeout 60
Retries 2
Connection : Auth SSL
SSL Options : SSL Listings, SSL Transfer, OpenSSL

It connects like a charm.

Using VisualCron:
Protocal Type: FTP SSL Explicit (Auth SSL)
Port 22
Timeout 60
Code page: Windows 1252
The rest is on default.

I get this error after successful authentication:
FTPS replyreceived: 535 Protection level negotiation failed.
Unaccepted server reply (error code is 535)

Please advise.

Hi Beylie,

There are a lot of possible responses of a FTP server.
Some are real errors, some are not.
Not all the FTP resonses are covered in VisualCron.
In the on error tab, you could set it up so that the task continue with unresolved errors.

I can't get a list of folders/files.
 


This is the settings that work via CORE FTP. How do I replicate them in VisualCron?

I have tried adding the FTP to a job, but it does not work. No files are transferred to the local machine. I've set it to continue the job should an error occur on the FTP task.

Please try checking "Use data channel encryption". If that does not work then perhaps you can send us a test account and we will try from here (support@visualcron.com).
