Hi
I have been experimenting with active directory, and am able to activate users for active directory, but cannot remove them from active directory; the check box to do this is greyed out. Is there a way to do this?

regards

Hello,

The "Is AD user" checkbox cannot the checked or unchecked. When you add an 'AD user' that box is checked and grayed out (it is just an indication that the user is AD user). Lets say you added "jdoe" AD user and now you want them to login with a VisualCron username/password and not with the AD authentication. I guess the only way is to delete jdoe and then create a new user who is not AD user.

Also, in settings you can specify AD Groups who have logon access to VisualCron.

Thanks

OK thanks, I was hoping you wouldn't say that. I'll just have to roll out a client software update to all my client users 🙂
