Every now and then we see tasks that run-away and consume too much memory / CPU on a server, and it would be nice to be able to apply limits to a Task/Job, such as (kill a Task/Job if less than X memory is left on the server or it consumes 100% CPU for more than 5 minutes, could also be a Trigger to prevent a Task/Job from running if there isn't enough memory/cpu/disk space).
