We are getting this error when trying to use AD authentication. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

This is related to the user you specified in the settings (for connecting to the AD-server). Try re-entering that user.

Thanks for the quick response. When I click on Server, Settings, then the Users/Logon tab, I do not see where an AD user is specified. The only options are Allow Active Directory Logon checkbox, AD Server textbox and Allowed Groups. Where is the AD user specified?

Sorry, my bad, there is no such setting. What happens if you try to add groups in the settings or search for a specific user in permissions window?

I was able to add several AD groups to the list, of which I am a member, but still getting the same error.... 😕

Could you verify that you have a Server Connection that uses the AD logon type? A server connection can either be of type VisualCron user or AD user.

Also, are you logging in from the same network?
